Aims and Scope

INSANIA: Journal of Islamic Studies and Humanity aims to serve as an international scholarly platform for publishing high-quality interdisciplinary research that explores the intersection between Islamic values and contemporary humanitarian issues. The journal emphasizes theoretical development, empirical analysis, and policy implications within a global context, particularly in promoting social justice, human well-being, and sustainable development from Islamic perspectives.

  1. Islam and Socio Economic Development, This area examines the role of Islamic principles in socio economic development, including poverty alleviation, inequality reduction, and social welfare enhancement.
  2. Islamic Economics and Finance, This scope covers Islamic finance, zakat, waqf, Islamic social finance, financial inclusion, and economic practices grounded in Islamic values.
  3. Islam, Global Humanitarian Issues, and Communication, This area addresses global humanitarian challenges such as poverty, food security, climate change, and social conflict, as well as the role of Islamic communication, media, and cultural dynamics in shaping contemporary Muslim societies.
  4. Islamic Ethics, Law, and Governance, This scope includes Islamic business ethics, governance, public policy, and regulatory frameworks based on Sharia principles.
