Author Guidelines

Authors who wish to submit manuscripts to INSANIA: Journal of Islamic Studies and Humanity must ensure that their manuscripts are original, unpublished, not under consideration elsewhere, and relevant to the journal’s aims and scope. Manuscripts must follow the official journal template, use Book Antiqua MS 12, be single spaced, and contain at least 6,000 words excluding references. The title must be concise and no more than 14 words, the abstract must be written in English with approximately 250 words, and authors must provide a maximum of six keywords. Manuscripts must include Introduction, Research Method, Result and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgment when necessary, and References. Citations and references must follow APA 7th Edition style, preferably managed using Mendeley, with a minimum of 25 recent journal references. All submissions must be free from plagiarism, with a maximum similarity tolerance of 20%. Manuscripts that do not comply with these guidelines may be returned to the authors for correction or rejected during the initial editorial screening. Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
